As a Polish guy, I am direct and say what I think. That doesn't mean I lack a filter or that diplomacy goes out the window. It simply means you will hear from me if I disagree so that we can work together toward a balanced outcome.
I don't chase trends. The whole world is choking on AI right now. I explore it, use it, and see where it can help me, rather than throwing away years of experience just for the sake of an Instagram reel or a LinkedIn post.
I've worked remotely since 2020, and I want to keep it that way. Flexibility, comfort, and work-life balance are important to me. Yet, I am always the first to organise a quarterly design team get-together or share a pint with colleagues after work.
